The Analytics module on Loconav's FMS platform serves as a crucial tool for providing key data points around the fleet . These updates are delivered through various channels, including web and app notifications, emails, and SMS. The module plays a pivotal role in monitoring vehicle movements, behaviors, and historical events.

The Analytics Module offers several key features and benefits, including:

  • Key Metric KPI: Tracking key KPI like total distance traveled trend, Individual vehicle level distance traveled, Success/ failure volume in Trips segment etc

  • Single View to Identify Performance : Driver / Vehicle level metrics to identify best and poor performing vehicles and drivers

  • Single View to track Trip related metric : Track volume of off trip/ on trip movement , track the total distance deviated on trip

  • Incident Summary : These trends help users identify vehicles with the highest number of harsh events. 

  • Trend based analysis  : Monitor incident trends of different vehicles / drivers using our vehicle incident trend. This helps you monitor and track improvement.



With a total of 85 alerts, including 26 default ones and the ability to request additional custom alerts, Loconav's module offers unparalleled flexibility.

  1. Total Distance Vs Date Range Graph




Key Points Regarding this graph 


  • Fleets daily performance ( Total distance overall fleet has traveled in a particular day ) 

  • Distance traveled only includes vehicle with active subscription and active state 

    • Includes Wired and Portable Devices 

  • Same day distance traveled data point is not available on this graph 




 

  1. Distance Traveled by Vehicle Graph 




Key Points Regarding this graph 

  • Distance Traveled is computed at device level i.e incase some devices on this account is CAN and some are LCNV computed then respective will be added here

  • Sorting makes it easy to identify vehicles which have traveled less when compared to other in the defined period 

  • This graph will only include vehicle with active subscription and active state 





  1. On Trip / Off Trip Distance Graph




Key Points Regarding this graph 

  • This includes all distances traveled in all trip category. I.e even if the trip was unsuccessful or canceled mid way, they would be considered as on trip 

  • Distance Traveled will be fetch only once the trip is started

  • Off distance is when the vehicle was not on trips - including unsuccessful trips and canceled trips

  • Summary view of the trip status for the selected time period 

  • This does include the same day trip count 






  1. Off Trip Distance Traveled

Key Points Regarding this graph 


  • Only includes the distance the vehicle has traveled when vehicle was not assigned on any trip i.e this distance is sum of all distance between any to trip end to trip start event.

  • Sorting on table makes it easy for user to identify vehicles which has traveled most outside trips 




  1. Route Deviation Summary Cards 



Key Points Regarding this graph 

  • Route Deviated - This provides you the count of trips where vehicle had deviated in comparison to the total trips ( Including ongoing trips ) 

  • Deviation Event - This provides you the number of time vehicle had deviated when assigned on a designated route

  • Deviation Distance - This provides you the total distance the vehicles had traveled when they had deviated from a designated route 

  • Deviation Time - Total duration for which the vehicle had deviated from a designated route 



  1. Route Deviation Per Vehicle 


Key Points Regarding this graph 


  • Provides vehicle level view of the deviation events

  • They provide the vehicle display number, deviated distance, deviation time and number of trips on which the deviation had occurred. 





  1. Driver Incident Summary 





Key Points Regarding this graph 


  • Summary view of all the harsh events and overspeed / idling events for the selected time period 

  • All harsh events are generated at device level i.e SA,SB and ST are generated when device events codes are triggered

  • Default View includes all the incidents per 100km for all the drivers in a specific day 

  • Users can select specific drivers and specific incidents to monitor the trend

  • Users can select specific events from pie view and check the total number of events generated for the selected time period 

  • Scorecard based Overspeed / Idling events is different from alert related events

Key Points Regarding this graph 


  • Pie view of performance of different driver ( Performance is based on the number of incidents generated per 100km ) 

  • Red denotes - Poor performing driver (<75)

  • Yellow denotes - Average performing driver (75-89)

  • Green denotes - Good Performing driver (90-100)

Key Points Regarding this graph 


  • Top performing driver include good performing and average performing 

  • Overall score is generated out of 100 and Top performing drivers are in the range of 75-100



Special Note - Driver which have not been assigned to any vehicles are also shown as top performing driver. This would be corrected

  • Top performing vehicles include good performing and average performing ones
