Step 1 : Click on the service schedule section on the maintenance module section.

Step 2 : Click on the “Create New Schedule” button to schedule a custom one time schedule

Step 3 : Add necessary details like Title of the schedule, Select the vehicle , Multi Select Service schedules and select “custom” field in place of recurring.

Step 4: Click on add event, then based on the three option By Time, By Mileage & By Engine Hour, choose anyone which best suits your use case. By Time - You can select any future date on which this maintenance has to be scheduled, By Mileage - You can select the mileage i.e distance travelled since the creation of this schedule and By Engine Hour - You can select the duration for which the engine was “ON”.

Step 5: Select the type of reminder - You can select any of these channels - Email, SMS & Web notification or in combination.
