User Management


USER MANAGEMENT


User Management can be used to create multiple users within the organization with certain access permission rights.


  • Admin Users can use the standard roles available on the platform or can create multiple Roles based on the Organizational Hierarchy.

  • Roles have further Permissions associated in the form of each Module that the Platform have, wherein Permissions can be allocated to a specific Role.

  • Admin User can create a group of Vehicles in the ‘Vehicle Group Section’, which can be then assigned to the Sub-Users. 

  • Post creating the Role and the Vehicle groups, Admin User can create the Sub Users and assign the Role and Vehicle Group to provide restricted access of the Platform functionalities and the Vehicles.



Step 1: Creating the Role and assigning the Permission to the Role.

Navigation: Main Menu > Configurations > Roles & Permissions


  • Open Left Panel Main Menu and navigate to the ‘Configurations’ and Click on ‘Roles & Permission’.









  • Roles & Permission Page View to see the current Created Roles and assigned Permissions.



  • Add a New Role and assign the permissions Module wise.




Step 2: Creating the Vehicle Groups under “My Vehicle Groups” Section.

Navigation: Main Menu > Vehicles > My Vehicle Groups






  • Open Left Panel Main Menu and navigate to the ‘Vehicles’ and Click on ‘My Vehicle Groups’



  • Vehicle Group Page View to see the current created Vehicle groups and associated Vehicles







  • Add a New Vehicle Group and Assign Vehicles.



Step 3: Creating the User and then assigning the created Role and Vehicle Group.

Navigation: Main Menu > Configurations > Users



  • Open Left Panel Main Menu and navigate to the ‘Configurations’ and Click on ‘Users’.

 


  • Users Page View to see the current created Users and associated Roles, Fleet Size, Vehicle Groups and other details.




  • Add User Window to enter the details of the Users such as Name, Login ID, Role, Country & Phone Number, Address, Password and Vehicle Groups.
