Purchase Subscription

Q. How do I create an order for Purchasing a subscription?


  • Step 1: Select the ‘Subscriptions’ module from the side navigation menu, and click on ‘Order Subscriptions’. A dashboard will appear with a list of all subscription orders or purchases on your account.


  • Step 2: To purchase subscriptions, click ‘Create Order’ on the top-right of the dashboard.



  • Step 3: Select the Vehicle or Device Subscription item from the ‘Select Item’ dropdown.

Vehicle Subscription

Vehicle Subscription is used to purchase a new subscription that allows you to track your vehicle that has a GPS tracking device installed in it.

Device Subscription

Device Subscription is used to purchase a new subscription for a portable or plug-and-play GPS tracking device that allows you to track your vehicle.




  • Step 4: Enter the order quantity and the subscription duration.


  • Step 5: You can also automatically assign Vehicles or Devices once subscriptions are credited to your account. Check the ‘Auto assign vehicle after purchase’ option and select the vehicles from the drop-down.



  • Step 6: Click on ‘Create Order’.


This way you can place orders for as many Subscriptions as you want.
