Step 1: Select the ‘Subscriptions’ module from the side navigation menu, and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’. A dashboard will appear with a list of all subscriptions on your account.
Step 2: To activate an ‘Inactive’ subscription, you need to first allocate a vehicle to the subscription. For this, click on ‘Start Subscription’.
Step 3: Select a vehicle that you want to allocate to the subscription, and click ‘Start Subscription’.

Step 2: Click on ‘Bulk Actions’ from the top-right, and select ‘Bulk Start Subscriptions’.
Step 3: Download and open the template file (in CSV format).
Step 4: Enter the subscription and vehicle details in the specified format of the template.

Step 5: Save the CSV file and upload it. Click ‘Submit’ once uploaded.
Note:
After submitting the CSV, the subscriptions will be assigned to vehicles.
In case of an issue, you will receive an error log file with the error messages.
Troubleshoot:
Only up to 500 subscriptions can be activated at a time via the ‘Bulk Upload’ option.
In case the number of subscriptions exceeds 500, divide the bulk upload list into batches of 500, and then perform the bulk action for each of these batches individually.
