Q. How do I renew my subscription?
Step 1: When a subscription renewal is due or has expired, you will start seeing a ‘Renew Subscription’ banner at the top of the homepage on your LocoNav web app.
Step 2: Click ‘Renew Now’.
Step 3: Select the subscriptions you want to renew.
Step 4: Click on Proceed to Pay. You will be redirected to the payment portal where you can make the payment for your subscription order.
Step 5: Select the payment mode and make the payment to renew your subscription.
Note: In case the ‘Proceed To Pay’ option is not available for you, select the duration for which you want to renew your subscription, and click on ‘Create Order’ to place a subscription order.
Step 1: Select the ‘Subscriptions’ module from the side navigation menu, and click on ‘Order Subscriptions’. A dashboard will appear with a list of all subscription orders or purchases on your account.
Step 2: To create an order for renewing your subscriptions, click ‘Create Order’ on the top-right of the dashboard.
Step 3: Select ‘Renew Subscriptions’ from the ‘Select Item’ dropdown.
Step 4: Next, select the subscriptions that you want to renew from the ‘Select Subscriptions/Vehicles’ dropdown.
Step 5: Enter the duration for which you want to extend the subscription.
Step 6: Click on ‘Create Order’ to place an order
Step 1: Select the ‘Subscriptions’ module from the side navigation menu, and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’. A dashboard will appear with a list of all subscriptions on your account.
Step 2: Click on ‘Bulk Actions’ from the top-right, and select ‘Bulk Renew Subscriptions’.
Step 3: Download and open the template file (in CSV format).
Step 4: Enter the subscription and vehicle details in the specified format of the template.
