List of Reports 

  1. New trip report

A. Overview

New Trip Report tells you the list of all the trips that are under NEW trip state in a date range set by the user, ie, the trips that have been created by the user in the Trips module that are yet to start. 


Max Time Period  - 31 days

B. Key Metrics and Information Included -

  1. Unique ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Completion Percentage - It displays the completion rate of the trip so far.

  4. Should Start At - This represents the scheduled trip start time as provided by the user. By default, the scheduled trip start time is set as scheduled departure time from the source geofence/location

  5. Location - It displays the vehicle’s current location.

  6. Source Name - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  7. Destination Name - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  8. Transporter - It displays the name of the transporter to whom this trip is assigned to. 

  9. <Trip Custom Fields> - All the trip custom fields (eg - Order No, SKU CODE, Total Quantity)  that are enabled for the given account are also appended in the report.

  10. <Vehicle Custom Fields> - All the vehicle custom fields (eg - Region, Vehicle Type)  that are enabled for the given account are also appended in the report.



  1. Ongoing trip report 

A. Overview

New Trip Report tells you the list of all the trips that are under ONGOING trip state in a date range set by the user. 


Max Time Period  - 31 days

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Sr. No. - This displays the serial number of the report.

  2. Trip No. - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  3. Device No. - This represents the serial number of device installed on the vehicle

  4. Registration No. - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  5. Route Name - It provides the name of the route, in case the trip was created using a predefined route.

  6. Travel Date - This displays the scheduled start date for the trip

  7. Est. Time Dep. - It will provide the details of the scheduled trip start time

  8. Act. Time Dep. - It will provide the details of the actual trip start time

  9. Start Geofence Name -  It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip

  10. Trip Status - This represents the current trip state of the trip.

  11. End Geofence Name -  It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  12. Created DateTime - It displays the time when the trip was created by the user.

  13. Transporter Name - It displays the name of the transporter to whom this trip is assigned to. 

  14. Current Location - It displays the vehicle’s current location.

  1. Delayed trips by vehicle report

A. Overview

New Trip Report tells you the list of all the trips that are under ONGOING trip state in a date range set by the user.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Unique ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

A. Overview

Completed trips by vehicle report tells you the list of all the trips that are under COMPLETED trip state in a date range set by the user.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Unique ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Source Name - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  4. Reporting time at Source - It represents the scheduled arrival time at source.

  5. Target Time at Source - This provides information of scheduled departure time from source.

  6. Source Entry Time - It represents the actual arrival time at source

  7. Source Exit Time - This displays the actual departure time from the source location.

  8. Checkpoint N Name - It represents the scheduled stop(checkpoint) of the trip.

  9. Checkpoint N Target Time - This displays the scheduled arrival time at the checkpoint location.

  10. Checkpoint N Entry Time - This displays the actual arrival time at the checkpoint location.

  11. Checkpoint N Exit Time - This displays the actual departure time from the checkpoint location.

  12. Checkpoint (N-1) to Checkpoint N Distance - This provides the details of the distance covered between two successive scheduled checkpoints/stops.

  13. Destination Name - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  14. Destination Target Time - This displays the scheduled arrival time at the destination location.

  15. Destination Entry Time - This displays the actual arrival time at the destination location.

  16. Destination Exit time - This shows the actual departure time from the destination.

  17. Distance - This provides the total distance that the vehicle has covered between the actual trip start time and actual trip end time

  18. Total Duration - This provides the actual duration of the trip, ie, the time taken from actual trip start till actual trip end.

  1. Failed to start trip report

A. Overview

Failed to start trip report tells you the list of all the trips that are under UNSUCCESSFUL trip state with reason “FAILED TO START” in a date range set by the user.

  1. Unique ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

A. Overview

Trip report (Unsuccessful) report tells you the list of all the trips that are under UNSUCCESSFUL trip state in a date range set by the user.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Unique ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Start Time - This provides the details of actual trip start time.

  4. Source Re-Entry Time - It represents the actual time when the vehicle re-enters the source location, Incase the trip was marked Unsuccessful due to vehicle returning back to source

  5. Location - It displays the vehicle’s current location.

  6. Source Name - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  7. Destination Name - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  8. Distance - This provides the total distance that the vehicle has covered between the actual trip start time and actual trip end time

  9. Transporter - This column provides information about the transporter or logistics company associated with each vehicle.

  10. Reason For Unsuccessful Trip - This provides the actual reason as to why the trip was marked as Unsuccessful.



  1. Trip latest location report

A. Overview

Trip Location Status Report tells you the distance covered by a vehicle on a trip from the latest checkpoint to the current location, and the distance remaining to reach an upcoming checkpoint for all the trips that are currently under NEW, ONGOING or DELAYED trip state.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Vehicle Display Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  2. Trip ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  3. Source - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  4. Source Actual Exit Time - It represents the vehicle’s actual departure time from the source

  5. Previous Checkpoint - This provides information of the last scheduled stop/checkpoint that the vehicle had completed during the trip

  6. Distance From Previous Checkpoint - It provides the details of the haversine distance that the vehicle has traveled since completing the last checkpoint.

  7. Upcoming Checkpoint - It provides information of the upcoming scheduled stop/checkpoint that the vehicle has to complete during the trip

  8. Distance To Upcoming Checkpoint - This represents the haversine distance that the vehicle has to travel from its current location in order to reach the upcoming checkpoint.

  9. Destination - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  10. Current Location - It displays the vehicle’s current location.

  11. Movement Status - The Movement Status column indicates the current movement status of each vehicle, such as “Moving”, “Stopped”, “Device Offline” etc 

  12. Movement Status Since - This column displays the timestamp indicating the duration since the vehicle's movement status has been active. It helps fleet managers monitor the duration of the current movement status.

  13. <Trip Custom Fields> - All the trip custom fields (eg - Order No, SKU CODE, Total Quantity)  that are enabled for the given account are also appended in the report.

A. Overview

The Idling on trips report provides details of all the Idling alert that were generated  during the trip for the vehicle, for all the trips in a date range set by the user

  1. Trip ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Trip Status - This provides the details about the current trip state.

  4. Location - It displays the vehicle’s current location.

  5. Idling Start Time - This represents the time when the IDLING instance started.

  6. Idling End Time - This represents the time when the IDLING instance ended.

  7. Idling Duration - It displays the total time duration that vehicle spent under the given IDLING instance.


  1. Stoppage alert on trips report

A. Overview

The Stoppage alerts on trips report provides details of all the Stoppage alerts that were generated during the trip for the vehicle, for all the trips in a date range set by the user.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Sr. No. - This represents the serial number of the record in the report generated.

  2. Registration No. - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Trip No. - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  4. Route Name - This provides the details of the predefined route incase that has been assigned to the trip.

  5. Device No. - This represents the serial number of device installed on the vehicle

  6. Transporter Name - This column provides information about the transporter or logistics company associated with each vehicle.

  7. Driver Name - This column provides the name of the driver that was assigned to the vehicle for the duration of the trip.

  8. Permit No. - This provides details regarding a given custom field related to the trip.

  9. Transit Pass No. - This provides details regarding a given custom field related to the trip.

  10. Status - It represents the current trip state.

  11. Address - This displays the address of the location where the stoppage instance was recorded.

  12. Coordinates - This displays the coordinates of the location where the stoppage instance was recorded.

  13. Start Date/Time  - It displays the time when the stoppage instance started.

  14. End Date/Time   - It displays the time when the stoppage instance ended.

  15. Halt Duration (Minutes) -  - It displays the total time duration that vehicle spent under the given stoppage instance.





  1. Trip performance report

A. Overview

The Trip performance provides details of the key metrics that occurred during the course of the given COMPLETED/UNSUCCESSFUL trip selected by the user. This report captures key information such as No.of locations visited, distance traveled, route deviated and other driving behavior events. It enables fleet managers to gain insights into the vehicle usage patterns, facilitating effective fleet management and operational optimization.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Trip Unique ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Source Name - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  4. Destination Name - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  5. No. of locations - This is the number of scheduled stops (source, checkpoints and destination) that are assigned to the trip.

  6. No. of locations visited - This is the number of scheduled stops (source, checkpoints and destination) that were completed by the vehicle during the trip.

  7. Average Stop Time - It displays the average time spent by the vehicle at each scheduled stop that was completed during the trip.

  8. On time visit Count - This provides information about the stops that were visited On Time wrt the scheduled arrival time for the stop.

  9. Count of checkpoints visits out of order - This provides information about the stops that were visited out of turn wrt the scheduled stop sequence as provided for the trip.

  10. On time adherence (%) - This is the percentage of Stops that were visited by the vehicle On time wrt to the overall stops that the vehicle had to visit.

  11. Checkpoint Order adherence (%) - This is the percentage of Stops that were visited by the vehicle as per the defined stop sequence wrt to the overall stops that the vehicle had to visit.

  12. Total checkpoints covered - It represents the total number of scheduled stops that the vehicle had completed during the trip.

  13. Total checkpoints missed - It represents the total number of scheduled stops that were not visited by the vehicle during the trip.

  14. Trip Planned Distance - This provides information related to the planned distance the vehicle had to cover during the trip.

  15. Trip Actual Distance - This provides information related to the actual distance the vehicle had to cover during the trip

  16. Scheduled trip start time - This represents the scheduled trip start time as provided by the user. By default, the scheduled trip start time is set as scheduled departure time from the source geofence/location

  17. Actual trip start time - This represents the actual trip start time 

  18. Scheduled trip end time - This represents the scheduled trip end time as provided by the user. By default, the scheduled trip end time is set as scheduled arrival time at the destination geofence/location

  19. Actual trip end time -  This represents the actual trip end time

  20. Planned trip time - It displays the planned duration of the trip.

  21. Total time taken - It displays the actual duration of the trip.

  22. Total idle time - This represents the total time the vehicle Idled during the trip

  23. Total stoppage time  - This represents the total time the vehicle status was stopped during the trip

  24. Count of route deviation - This represents the total instances when the vehicle deviated from its expected route/path

  25. Distance traveled on deviated route  - It represents the total distance traveled by the vehicle when the vehicle was deviating from its expected route/path

  26. Time spent on deviated route - It represents the total time spent by the vehicle when the vehicle was deviating from its expected route/path

  27. Count of overspeeding events - This displays the total instances of overspeeding events that occurred during the trip.

  28. Total time spent overspeeding - It represents the total time spent by the vehicle when the vehicle was overspeeding

  29. Count of sudden braking events - It provides the details of the total instances of sudden braking events that occurred during the trip.

  30. Count of sudden acceleration events - It provides the details of the total instances of sudden acceleration events that occurred during the trip.

  31. Count of sharp turns - It provides the details of the total instances of sharp turn events that occurred during the trip.

  32. Total Expenses for the trip - It provides the details of the total expenses that have been assigned to the trip.

  33. Total Idling Incidents - This displays the total instances of idling events that occurred during the trip

A. Overview

The Tripwise fuel consumption report provides details related to the fuel consumption for all the COMPLETED or UNSUCCESSFUL trips in a time period as selected by the user.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

The Time Interval Based Distance Report includes the following columns to provide comprehensive information on distance traveled within the selected time interval -

  1. Trip ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Number - The report includes the identification details of each vehicle, such as registration number or unique vehicle ID.

  3. Trip Status - The Trip Status column indicates the current status of the ongoing trip.

  4. Fuel Consumption(Ltrs) - This represents the total fuel consumption during the trip

  5. Fuel mileage(Distance/Fuel consumed) - Fuel mileage provides details of distance covered by vehicle per liter of fuel consumed.

  6. Fuel Efficiency (l/100km) - Fuel efficiency provides information about the quantity of fuel consumed (in liters) for every 100 kms traveled by the vehicle.

  7. Min Fuel Level - It represents the minimum fuel level detected in the vehicle during the trip.

  8. Max Fuel Level - It represents the maximum level of  fuel detected in the vehicle during the trip.

  9. Actual Trip Distance - This provides information related to the actual distance the vehicle had to cover during the trip

  10. Scheduled trip start time - This represents the scheduled trip start time as provided by the user. By default, the scheduled trip start time is set as scheduled departure time from the source geofence/location

  11. Actual trip start time - This represents the actual start time of the trip 

  12. Source - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  13. Scheduled trip end time - This represents the scheduled trip end time as provided by the user. By default, the scheduled trip end time is set as scheduled arrival time at the destination geofence/location

A. Overview

The Trip route deviation report provides details of instances when the vehicle deviates from the expected path assigned to the given trip/route for all the trips in a time period as selected by the user.

  1. Vehicle Number - This column displays the unique identification number or registration number of each vehicle in the fleet.

  2. Start Time - This represents the time when the route deviation event started

  3. End Time - This represents the time when the route deviation event ended

  4. Duration - Duration column displays the total duration of the given route deviation event.

  5. Trip Number- It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  6. Route Name - It provides the name of the route, in case the trip was created using a predefined route.

  7. Out Time - This represents the time when the route deviation event started

  8. Out Address - This represents the location from where the route deviation event started

  9. In Time - This represents the time when the route deviation event ended

  10. In Address - This represents the location from where the route deviation event ended

A. Overview

The Trip details report provides detailed information on completed and unsuccessful trips for the time period selected by the user. This report captures key information such as the unique ID of the trip, vehicle number, source name, destination name, total distance covered, total time taken. It enables fleet managers to track and analyze completed as well as unsuccessful trips, evaluate performance, and maintain accurate records of trip-related information.

  5. Driver Contact Number - This column provides information about the contact details of the drivers assigned to the vehicle during the trip.

  7. Destination - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  8. Trip Should Start At - This represents the scheduled trip start time as provided by the user. By default, the scheduled trip start time is set as scheduled departure time from the source geofence/location

  9. Trip Start Time - This represents the actual start time of the trip.

  10. Trip End Time - This represents the actual start time of the trip.

  11. Trip Total Distance -  This represents the actual distance traveled by the vehicle during the trip

  12. Trip Time Taken - This represents the actual duration of the trip 

  13. Trip Status - The Trip Status column indicates the current trip state of the trip.

  14. Trip Created By - The trip created by column provides the details of the user who had created the trip.

  15. Trip Creation Time - The trip created by column represents the time when the trip was created.

  16. Trip Edited By - The trip created by column provides the details of the user who had most recently edited/updated the trip.

  17. Trip Edit Time - The trip created by column represents the latest time when the trip was edited/updated.




  1. Detailed completed trip report

A. Overview

The Detailed completed trip report provides detailed insights of all the trips that are under COMPLETED trip state in a date range set by the user. This report captures key information such as the unique ID of the trip, vehicle number, source name, destination name, total distance covered, total time taken. It enables fleet managers to identify movement patterns, analyze trip details and take measures to improve fleet and trip utilization.

  5. Estimated source exit time - This column displays the scheduled departure time from the source location.

  6. Actual source exit time - It represents the actual departure time from the source.

  8. Source Remark - It provides the details of remarks that are added against source location.

  9. Destination Name - It represents the destination(or end point) geofence/location of the trip.

  10. Destination Target Time  - It represents the scheduled arrival time at destination.

  11. Destination Actual Entry Time  - It represents the actual arrival time at destination.

  12. Destination Difference - This column displays the difference between the actual and scheduled arrival times at the destination.

  13. Destination Remark - It provides the details of remarks that are added against destination location.

  14. Total Distance -  This represents the actual distance traveled by the vehicle during the trip

  15. Total Duration - This represents the actual duration of the trip.









  1. Trip analysis report

A. Overview

Trip Analysis Report compares the actual vehicle movement wrt the scheduled vehicle movement for each segment (consecutive stops) of all the trips in a date range set by the user.

B. Key Metrics and Information Included

  1. Trip ID - This is the trip unique id

  2. Vehicle Number - This represents the vehicle display number

  3. Trip Status  - The Trip Status column indicates the current trip state of the trip.

  4. Scheduled Checkpoint Sequence - This is the planned stop/checkpoint sequence that the vehicle is expected to follow

  5. Source Location - It refers to the details of the source of the trip

  6. Destination Location - It refers to the details of the destination of the trip

  7. Actual Trip type - This represents the actual movement status of the trip (Onward or Return) for the given trip segment.

  8. Actual Start Location -The start point for the given trip segment. 

  9. Actual Checkpoint - The end point for the given trip segment. 

  10. Actual Checkpoint Status - Status of the “geofence” under “Actual Checkpoint“ column for the given trip segment. 

  11. Schedule Arrival time at Actual Start Location - Scheduled arrival(entry) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Start Location“ column for the given trip segment.

  12. Actual Arrival Time at Actual Start Location - Actual arrival(entry) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Start Location“ column for the given trip segment.

  13. Schedule Departure time from Actual Start Location - Scheduled departure(exit) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Start Location“ column for the given trip segment.

  14. Actual Departure Time at Actual Start Location - Actual departure(exit) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Start Location“ column for the given trip segment.

  15. Schedule Arrival time at Actual Checkpoint - This represents the scheduled arrival(entry) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Checkpoint“ column for the given trip segment.

  16. Actual Arrival Time at Actual Checkpoint - Actual arrival(entry) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Checkpoint“ column for the given trip segment.

  17. Schedule Departure time from Actual Checkpoint - This provides details about the scheduled departure(exit) time for “geofence” under the “Actual Checkpoint“ column for the given trip segment.

Trip Time and Duration Report tells you the entry and exit time from a trip's source location, entry and exit time from a trip's stop location, and the duration and distance covered for the trips selected by you in a date range set by you

  1. Trip ID - It represents the unique ID of each trip included in the report.

  2. Vehicle Display Number - This column displays the unique identification number or registration number of each vehicle in the fleet.

  3. Completion % - This column displays the completion rate for the given trip.

  4. Source - It represents the source(or start point) geofence/location of the trip.

  5. Source Target Entry Time - It represents the scheduled arrival time at source.

  6. Source Actual Entry Time - It represents the actual arrival time at source.

  7. Source Actual Exit Time - This displays the actual departure time from the source location.

  8. Duration at Source - This column displays the time the vehicle spent inside the source location

  16. Transit Stoppage Duration - This column displays the total duration of stoppages or halts during the vehicle's movement between the source and destination location.
