  • How to schedule a report 

    • Steps to schedule a report 

      • Step 1 : Move to reports section on the left navigation and click “Reports”

      • Step 2 : Click on “Report Schedules”

      • Step 3 : Click on “+ Schedule A Report” button 

      • Step 4 : Select the report name you want to schedule 

      • Step 5 : Using Filter narrow down on the vehicles that should be part of this report 

      • Step 6 : Click on report frequency to select at what interval you want this report to be delivered ( Daily, Weekly or Monthly )

      • Step 7 : Select the time at which you want this report to be delivered 

      • Step 8 : Report Data to be considered is a placeholder where users can select what data has to be present in the report. 

      • Step 9 : Select the format in which you want the report to be delivered 

      • Step 10 : Add email id’s on which the report has to be delivered and user can also add email subject and body ( which are optional )

  • Editing a report schedule

Any update on the existing entry is immediately applied to the next schedule 



  • Deleting a schedule 

Users can either mark an existing schedule as inactive or can also delete the schedule 


  • Possible reason why the report might not get delivered

Common reasons because of users might not be receiving the report : Configuration error ( Vehicle Not Present , Vehicle group has been deleted, Custom report is deleted etc ), Email delivered in SPAM , Delayed delivery happens due to server load
